Pastor Rufus Ajayi — Parish Pastor
Pastor Rufus Ajayi is an ordained Full Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God and serves as the Parish Pastor of RCCG Faith Generations Church. With over 15 years of experience in church administration across the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Nigeria, he brings a wealth of leadership, pastoral wisdom, and spiritual depth to the ministry. Pastor Rufus is a trained and qualified Secondary School Science Teacher in the United Kingdom and rose to the position of Assistant Headteacher before being called into full-time ministry. He is a gifted teacher of the Word, renowned for carrying a unique grace for prayer and prophetic ministry. His online prayer platforms attract followers from around the world, impacting lives through prophetic declarations, intercession, and teaching. He is passionately committed to community outreach, especially supporting the less privileged, the homeless, and families in need. Evangelism and kingdom expansion remain at the core of his assignment. One of his strongest ministry burdens is to see men rise into their God-given roles in their homes and society—becoming godly fathers, responsible leaders, and positive role models for the next generation.
Pastor Tayo Ajayi — Administrative Pastor
Pastor Tayo Ajayi serves as the Administrative Pastor of the church, overseeing the day-to-day operations, church workforce, and all ministry programmes. Through her excellent leadership, organisation, and administrative grace, she ensures that every service, department, and church event runs smoothly and with excellence. A trained and registered Nurse in the United Kingdom, Pastor Tayo is also a dynamic teacher of the Word, especially gifted in children’s ministry and women’s ministry. She hosts a well-established monthly online prayer programme for children, which is attended by families from different parts of the world. Pastor Tayo is the visioner of the women's ministry known as “The Vessels of Glory”. Through this ministry, she convenes an annual three-day women’s conference, consistently gathering over 40 women each year along with notable guest speakers. These conferences have transformed marriages, families, and personal destinies. She is also the founder of “Women Empowering Women”, a monthly workshop dedicated to equipping women with spiritual, practical, and leadership tools to fulfil their God-given vision and potential.
